First off, thank you so much for subscribing to the site.
I started Defy Gravity in 2014 to be a useful resource for younger millenials and Gen Z-ers. In addition, this is a place where I can document and share knowledge and wisdom as I myself go through life. So expect this blog’s content and my writing to evolve and change as I myself grow, read and go through life.
I’ve committed to publishing a blog post every Tuesday.
For the next few months until the end of 2016, I will be publishing posts on using scrum methodology for students. Scrum is a kind of Agile project management methodology that I have been learning about. Although Scrum is designed for software development and engineering teams to push out product quickly, its principles are super flexible and I have been applying them to my own personal productivity.
You can expect me to write about the intersection of scrum methodology and personal productivity, such as:
- How to stay focused on a task and still keep track of everything else.
- How to plan painlessly.
- How to have better group project experiences.
Secondly, every other week, I publish more personal entries. These can be case studies, book studies, project journals or interview excerpts that I think you can benefit from. For example, I’ll be writing about:
- A dropshipping business that I started this summer.
- Practical insights from some of my summer readings.
- Some of my friends who have achieved success in unconventional, off-the-beaten path ways.
Finally, I would love to know what YOU want me to write about! Let me know via this contact form:
And If there’s anything else I can do to help, don’t hesitate to drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org.
